Xbox Live Clans

As I said before, I would like to start our own Tournaments here and I would like to ask help from you to setup all the rules and details. Please post here and I would like to finalize the details by end of February and start our first tournament in March.

I allocated $500 prize for our first XLC tournament but I really need your guys help to start.

You set the rule as I said I don't have any idea about this. So provide your rules and as long as we have enough member agreed and join.. :)

First you will need to see how many teams will be interested in tornaments for each game. Then you should use GameBattles rules for the matches, I just think that it will be more simple that way.

Also I would be like to join a Gears of War tornament with my clan.

I start to change the clans categroy from type of game (shooting) to Game name. Right now I have no idea how many clans play which game. I would like to open a pool here and put game names in pool to see how many clans want to play COD4 or Gears of war or maybe other games..

You could always do the tourney in a tier style. Depending on the amount of teams that join and the time frame in which you would like the tourney to last. You could do something like this.

Tier One
Team One
Team Two

Tier Two
Team Three
Team Four

Tier Three
Team Five
Team Six

Then lets say Team one wins, team three wins and team six wins. You would give one of those teams a buy and the other two would battle it out. The winner would then face the buy team. The winner out of the last two would win. That’s just one idea, you could also do it sorta like an NFL season where depending on the amount of teams you could do the tourney over a weeks time and in the end the top six teams would battle each other and then after you have two teams left they face off for the prize. Though these ideas would change according to the amount of teams that joined in on the tourney and the availability of the members to actually make it into the tourney.

If you did COD4, you could have it based on single one vs. ones and depending on the amount of members who join in on that, you could still do it in a tier form, but would have more buys and such.

Thank you for the input. Sounds good to me but since we are clans tournament, I would start at least 2x2 tournament..I will keep this post open another week to see if there are more input then go to next stage.

YO!!! crazyliam here , i think it is a wicked idea i'm sure i could get the clan that i'm in to join no prob also i know about three or four maybe five clans that might join
