Personally, just to improve on what we have now, here are some of my ideas.

First, I think we should update the clan area ( Xbox Live Clans - Xbox Clans ), perhaps remove all the old clans from the listings that are inactive and defunct, and to add new clan categories for new clan games with new game images, etc. Also, to update the clan section on the forum ( Xbox 360 Clan Games - Xbox Live Clans ), remove all the specific forum games that are unneeded, etc, or not getting any activity, attention.

Also--bugs I suppose.
When you click the Clans section at the top (on that page), the 'Arcade' button switches to 'Reviews' even though when you click it ('Reviews') button it is for the Arcade.

-More Arcade games to entertain active, dedicated members would be cool.

- Some new emoticons would be cool. I know a great place to get emoticons. ( Vbulletin Smiley Packs )

Those are realy cool and good ideas. As I posted before we are going to remove all one member clans after 6 months of clan creation. Also I will work on fix couple bugs and add new games or other functions..

One thing I was thinking would be cool and could help improve a little, would be a featured clan for a month. BasiPcally you take the clans who have the most active posters and what I mean by poster is:

1. Actually posting in other threads and not just in clan recruitment
2. Posting more then just one line replies.
3. Actually helping out other members.
4. Doing more to help Xboxliveclans then just trying to get there clan name out.

What this idea would intel would be to gather up those clans that have met these requirments and put them in a pool of sorts, then Skyhome could randomly choose one, or the community could vote each month for the clan that would be featured. What a featured clan could get would be;

1. Their website link added somewhere on the forum where it could be seen by all.
2. Ability to add a graphic or something of that nature to their signature for the month.
3. What ever else Skyhome could think of (Can't make it easy for you buddy)

I love the site and what it stands for but I feel it needs a face lift. More graphics and less of this generic format. Too many start up sites use this same format.
I think with advertising and more flash it would draw more hits.
