I have a hotmail.com with my xbox live tag attached but I forgot my password and when I try to reset my password, the system send new password to the same address
Is there other way to recover the password and get my account back?

Yeah you should be able to get your password right there by saying your location and secret question answer. Dont click on the option to have your details sent to you.
my account was created almost 14 year ago and never updated. too lasy..so I don't see that option at all. I opened a support ticket to live support and will se how it goes..
