we never use lan based programs like teamspeak or through the xbox. we've been using our home phones and we have free up to 16 people in our private clan conference. why chew up network resources when you dont have to. check out callvibe.com
but this is like a party chat on xbox so instead of chating with one person you will be able to chat with everone who is in your gameing party / see it in the new fall update (xbox makeover)

Once I get eight friends online at the same time that I would talk to, it will be great. Till then the two to three that I may talk to everynow and then while play CoD4 will have to do.

But i love the thought of 8 person chat.. as long as they can all be playing seperate games .. unlike the Video Chat were you are forced to go to the dashboard. I hate having to go back in forth between 2 chats when talking to friends on XBL so this will be great.
Yea 16 is a little over the top, 2 many talking at once now maybe 4 thats just fine with me not to many people its just right, ok maybe 5. Cant wait for party chat
