Help Xbox live
I just tryed to log on to xbox live and it said i dont have the athority to go on.
I tried signing in to my email account and not it says my password or account isnt valid!!!

Anyone got an idea?

Try redeeming your account, not sure if it will work but my friend had a similar problem and it worked.

xbox has done that ot me to i just recovered my account again and it let me sign in
