Hey guys, i've just bought that new EA game Army of Two, but for some reason it thinks i'm under 13. Because of that, it won't let me go on live with it. I've tried changing my windows id but it didn't work. Please help.
When you set up your profile you probably stated that you were under 17 at the time. I guess Microsoft is enforcing the age limit to play the newer games on Xbox LIVE.
When I created my profile, I just changed my birthdate so I wouldn't have to deal with parental content and such. You can't change this so you are either going to have to create a new account, or use your parents e-mail address and have them approve it.
These e-mail addresses should have been entered when you created your account.
This is interesting... The first case of this that I have heard of. Maybe it is newly implemented in the last update. It may be annoying but I think it is a good idea. Being a parent I don't want my kid playing some of the more vulgar games on the market. Unfortunately once kids catch on they will simply pretend they are older when formatting their Xbox identity and bypass the security effort.
