i have recently come back to xbox live, and i am using my old gamer tag, but i had it set up to an email address i had at work, now i have left that place of work, and forgotten my gamer tag, so cannot fo a forgotten password, and guess what, i have forgotten my password, how can i reset it so i can recover it and change the gamer tag, i dont wanna lose my acheivents as they took me hours to get this high, either message here or message on live....
i know itsounds dodgy, but i am genuine...

unfortunately you are buggered

without the password or e-mail combination, you wont be able to get it back

unless you contact xbl support, or your work for the e-mail.. you are screwed

I would try xbox support..but you might be out of luck there.

You may be able to find out your email if you can confirm all other information, but that may not be enough for them. Your email is your key to your account, without your pretty much screwed.
