Xbox Live Clans

IN my opinion to make live free to hurt the members more then anything, you would lose all the content that they offer for free, you would not have as much support as you do now, and most of all, you wouldn't have access to alot of free updates for games.

Then you do have to think if live was free, that money would have to be made up somewhere and that would be in the content downloads, like games, movies, videos, music and much more. Plus they could get become asses and decide to charge for most popular multiplayer games, such as Halo 3 and COD4. Just to make up for the loss.

I would not want xbox live to be free. All the money we spend well most of it goes towards making the gaming experience better. Why else would the XBL experience be better than the PSN? Its because we pay to get it made better.

So I am not caring to pay £40 a year it is well worth it.

all though there are some advantages to xbox live being free it is somewhat unfair for microsoft who wouldnt get any money to update or upgrade the experience... but i think u should be allowed to change ur gamertag for free like every 6 months or so,ething like that cuz i have paying 10 bucks to change my name

Actually, if Xbox Live were free, our game experiences would not change due to latency issues, it would change because morons who didn't want to "waste" money before can go get it. Plus, people will stop caring about being banned when its just as simple as making a new account with a different email address. Anyways, the price they charge per month, per year, or whatever you chose is really not burning a whole in your pocket.

If Live were free, it wouldnt really get any better would it, and would probably go downhill in experience terms.

The new home screen update is what we/you have bought with your Live Sub, and we are better off because of it, just think of the PSN users stuck with the same laggy network of which only about 100 people are actually on!
