I have encountered my share of campers and 11 year olds (no offense) in COD4. Spawn killed 8 times in a row one game. The next game, 6, then I just shut off my box and went away.

altough cod 4 is a good game, it gets very addictive, and its basically a game for campers
halo on the other hand is much more fun with more custom games and is more friends in party orientated

Halo can be a game for campers as well, but I agree, its more for a group of friends wanting to have a good time if you are all in one house.
My friends and I have all our xbox's hooked up in my room whenever they come over so we usually COD4 it up lol. But thats just me. But again, I do agree on Halo 3 being more friend oriented... most fun is definitely playing "Hobo Heights" with a group of people =P Go download that map and gametype, get 16 people and let the lasers fly!

I vote Call of Duty 4. In my opinion it is the best with Gears of War behind it and Halo 3 in a close third. Halo 3 is just to easy to kill steal and the gameplay isnt as good. CoD4 is more realistic and it takes true skill to win. You cant run around capmin waiting on a team member to start shooting someone and then kill the enemy its not right. Another positive thing about CoD4 is the perks and the ability to choose your own weapons and enhancements. Halo 3 you do get vehicles and thats good but Ill stick with CoD4.

Much agreed. I did steal a lot of kills in Halo 3, well frankly because it was easy. I hated Gears of War because it was too basic, not much freedom. CoD4 makes it possible for people to actually hide and pick people off with a sniper and not leaving a long-ass white stream leading to your spot, even though your muzzle flash is kind of big.

Agreed.

That is one of the things I hated about Halo...that white stream from hell

COD 4 still owns!
