ughhh its so hard i played halo 3 for so long and i hate COD4 but now its so hard ahhh idk im gonna say ughhh hal...no yes halo 3!

I think they are both great games. Call of Duty:4 Is the best war game I have played. But it has many flaws in it. A lot of the wepons in the game are very in accurate. A saw should not take 15 to 20 rounds to kill a man. and no mater how close you are a mp5 should not have more power then a RPD. And what is with not being able to kill a man when they run at you to knife you? If you are crazy enough to run at some one with a gun that is shooting you, you should still die. but these people live ( I will add I have done that to some before) The game play is still amazing. and I really love the Online game. but their is some things that could be fixed.

Halo 3 is a Game of its OWN! it is the series that made most of us gamers. and has bread life in many other games. Is has a huge flaw tho, that is Bungie!!! at times they make it seam as if they just don't care what the fans want in the game. They give a game they we have to have but yet leave out the little things that make us enjoy it so much. And when they go and ad new playlist they do really give us what we want. their is a big flaw in this game and that is the mele system. I wont talk to mush about that because my blood is already boilling on that.

BOTH are great games..

to start with HALO3 was ace but then COD4 came out and it was hard to choose but what i realised after playing COD4 was that they both put me into submission of playing both hardcore and it was hard to choose but i would not have got COD4 if i didn't play it at a freinds house but now i think COD4 has just manged to convert me
COD4 gets my vote ..... plus you can hide a lot more

There is a reason for bullet damage being low for some guns... to reduce its overpowered-ness lol. Many gamers love playing war games and not dieing right away. For those of us who enjoy realistic gaming, well, there is Hardcore. Hardcore makes every gun as strong as it would be in real life. For instance, in normal gametypes, the dragonuv does not kill people in one shot unless of course its a head shot or you have stopping power. If you go to hardcore, it will be a one shot kill no matter what. And the MP5 vs RPD, well, if you go to hardcore, the RPD or any light-machinegun for that matter, out powers the MP5. Like I said, IW is trying to provide an open experience for all gamers. Not everyone enjoys realistic gaming, thats what the normal gametypes are for =P

And I would have to say I really dislike the new melee system in Halo 3. Halo 2 had the best setup, you hit first you win. In halo 3, its based off of health, so the person who has the edge in health will get the disadvantage in the attack. Thats why sometimes you are killing someone, you go to melee and he nails to you the ground and you're like, "I had him!! WTF!"
And the accuracy in COD4 is pretty close to being topnotch. You don't want the accuracy to be too good or the game itself would lose its touch. I like the sniping accuracy because it takes some skill to be able to outsnipe 3 people aiming at you with .50 cal's with your little Dragonuv. You feel good about killing people with headshots. In halo, well, if that was how COD4's accuracy was, then the game would be completely screwed up

Well I prefer to play COD4 but i usually play H3 because I play with my brother and you can do split screen and online at the same time its sweet.
And the split screen of COD pretty much sucks
So, a definite answer from me would be that COD4 is better by just a little bit

But I've also noticed theres more trashtalkers, little kids, and campers on H3 so I usually play COD4 a whole lot more than H3 now
