I have been thinking about using Gamefly for a long time now. Some of the benefits out weigh the negatives far and wide. Though, for me and I think alot of people trying a game before you buy is a good thing, right now I get most of my stuff from Family Video, this to me is well worth it, they are the reason I purchased COD4, I rented it before I bought it and liked it.
I know Gamefly also offers deal on purchase of used games for members well below normal prices. So that in itself is a benefit.
