A little about DRO Gaming:

We are made up of regiments, which include:
XistanSe - Competitive halo 3 regiment, starting out on GB right now.
Disturbance Force - Very Casual regiment rooted in Halo but also active in MW2
BlackHawks - Casual regiment rooted in Halo 3
The Legion - Call of Duty (all) regiment
Angels - Females only regiment

Our media is also very active. The media team has graphic designers, writers, video editors, comic strip artists, halo 3 forgers and more. in december of 2009 we expect to release a halo 3 map pack, finish redoing the front page (main website), and revamp our graphic design structure. things are looking great for media.

On top of media and the regiments we have tournaments as well as member teams that many members participate in. one of the teams a member recently started is "Achievement Hunterz" which is (you guessed it) people who love getting achievements. their current collective gamescore is over a million and there are less than eight people in the entire group.

Our leadership system is based out of a regiment ranking system but above that there are some important members and groups. The DRO High Council decides major clan matters and issues that have affected more than one regiment. The people on this council are respected members who have shown throughout their growth in DRO that they understand a fundamental concept of leadership: an increase in rank is an increase in responsibility, not power. Beside the DRO High Council is the DRO Court System where complaints are filed and worked through by respected, objective members who have shown the ability to be fair and have the courage to do the right thing no matter how much it hurts them in the process. Lastly there is the man who started it up and keeps the forums over our heads ^_^ DRO MoFo. He is our president and is universally respected and recognized for his concern for the well being of all members. He is very busy but if a member is having a tough time with anything in the clan and nobody can, he will find time to help them. In this way he is a wonderful president to represent the atmosphere of DRO, which is one of fun and friendship.

We are also looking to affiliate with clans who have websites and other gaming sites. For clans the affiliations are based in clan matches, sharing of knowledge/skills, and friendship. Affiliations for other sites are based on site hits and relevance.
