Hi my name is BIG T I'am the Recruiting officer for the Ultimate Warriors which is a new clan led by A Marked Man and Kai193. Officially opening on the 6th June 2008, the clan hopes to be laid-back but with a competitive edge.
Most likely to begin on one or two gaming ladder sites, UW aim to be active in all they take part in. Age doesn't matter with us and we'll be willing to accept you whether you're 14 or 58 years of age. Skill is also not a necessity at all, all that's needed is a good, positive and friendly attitude towards other members, gamers in general and on the forums.
We currently have limited members but hope to grow in numbers very soon. The quicker this happens, the faster clan matches will begin! We will be playing games such as COD4 and RSV2 at first but may expand to others as we progress.
The recruitment process is set over 4 weeks. The 1st and 2nd weeks allow the trialist to participate in training and other gaming sessions so we can judge you on your interaction with other members and activity on the forums. The 3rd and 4th weeks will see the trialist eligible to compete in clan matches, this enables us to observe if you cope the same under pressure. After the 4 weeks a poll will then be put up in the clan members area for our current members to vote on whether the recruit is to be accepted into the clan or not. This gives members their own say in the matter and can help us find out about anything going on.
