I was playing with some of the beta testers and I didnt know what they were doing, just leaving my friend and i do die down in the sewer. WELL to find out they were testing glitches in the game to see what they can fix. When you're climing up out of the sewer you can hit the dumpster or trashcan over the sewer hole and block the team out. Sneaky sneaky! @.@
