i agree , all it is , is a combination of perks i knew it since day one of playing COD4 online , it is not a glitch or cheat at all i do it all the time . i am experianced to the point , i can no scope , pop up kill , assault kill and nail 3 people in a room with ak 47's while i'm sniping and much more all with a sniper so much fun all comes with being a good sniper
Really a 1 hit kill even in the foot?? that is sweet as. i have to try that. atm i use overkill, bandolier and iron lungs (i change for search and destroy) but i mite try this combo of perks

sniping's the best. They should make a game on ONLY SMIPERS. But make it legit. A couple of mistakes and you're dead. That's what made my fight with THE END on MGS3 so fun. It was more about taking your time than running about and shooting off.

but it works more often with the r700 ( i use this gun all the time - it allways kills them chest up even with juggernaut and without it kills them always) this wont work too well with the barret .50 caliber because it's not a bolt action rifle meaning it might miss some dead on shots (rare but still happens if you snipe a lot)
juggernaut is the reason i quit sniping :P it takes out the fun of using a sniper and everyone time i hit someone center mass and they don't die i just sit back and think
Deep impact doesn't hurt enemies more.....it just helps bullets penetrate walls better. Stopping power on the other hand does.
Just stick with the M40A3, Claymores, Stopping Power, and Iron Lungs. It will benefit you the most. It is basically 1 shot 1 kill and you don't need to rush shots.
