You can get to the top of the stairways in Bloc.
You can get out of the map on Backlot.
You can get ontop / out of the map on Crossfire.
many more =P

I must say,on some maps I've seen guys get onto roofs etc. and can't fathom out how they get up there!
I suppose they probably practice on these maps on there own them implement it into their online play.
Quite sad really,spending all that time trying to find glitches in a game.They are there for entertainment not exploitation!

Agreed, I only did it when in a private match with people because I could. But during ranked gameplay, I keep it clean and use skill to win, not knowledge of glitches.

Ohh, yeah major time difference then =P But thats fine, I am usually up really late on the weekends so...

if u use glitches with friends just 2 mess around then its not 2 bad, but for the purpose 2 win is definitly gay
