Xbox Live Clans

with the launch of cod6 i have made the jump from ps3 to xbox for MW2

i am a 24 y/o database admin in NJ i work 8-5 and usually play from 6-10+

my type of games are hardcore team deathmatch and domination and i am looking for a clan to play those with and work as a team at current im lvl 34 and have a k-d ratio of .85

im working on improving mostly has to do with the reverse of controls from ps3 to xbox

I'm am currently in the process of starting my own clan
“THE SKULL BASHERS AND PARTY CRASHERS” for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty World at War and Halo.
I looked into joining a clan but i decided why not start me own.
I dont want people to think that they have to be a good or evan great player to join any levels will be accepted, because this clan is still in the development stages I'd hope that we could be up and running with a week "Here's Hoping" and then if people are interested maybe start "FREE" competions none of this paying money crap. Xbox live People pay enough.
