When I originally bought this game and first played it I thought it was great. Awesome graphics, great new concept ...but I must honestly say as I got further into the game and as the enemies became more numerous and I feel smarter, the problems with the controller mechanics became more obvious. I can't count how many times I was struck with a sword because my jackass assassin would not respond to control inputs! I found this completely frustrating. The best example was when I was at the boss battle against the main Templar knight (second from last boss battle). The fight starts with the assassin surrounded by Templars who are there to lower your life bar.. and they do a great job of this mainly due to the crap control response. My assassin would just stand there waving his sword and facing an imaginary opponent! I attempted to get past this scenario for about two hours. I became so pissed I fed my copy of this game to my shredder!
I know most people are thinking I must be a new gamer but actually I have been playing since Atari and the games that piss me off to this extent are few and far between. I can truly say this one pissed me off and SCREW ASSASSINS CREED!!!
