Well Gamebattles is run by a corporation like TeamXbox(Foxcorp). Both have thousands of hours put in by multiple admins. I checked out WorldOfClans, looks like they have a really nice site going. I think they are doing a good job, but if they think they are going to be as big as gamebattles they have a lot of work ahead of them.
