The Other One You Show Looks Similar To The One I Am Using Now. I Bought It In Best Buy And It Has The Gameshark Logo On It And Has Two Fans And A Battery Recharger. I Think It Might Be Made By Madcatz. The Only Place I Ever Saw It Is Best Buy. I Love It, It Works Great And I Have Had It For Two Months Now.
