It is worth it if you MUST have the HDMI feature. The only way you can use the HDMI feature is with a HDTV. I'm not going to worrk about all that. If i want a larger HDD i'll just go out and get one seperate. The only way i will get the new xbox 360 elite is if i can get a 1080p HDTV (crt) for a great price. 1080p is suppist to be the best of the best. I also read that a CRT tv will last longer and have a more crisp picture then a LCD or a PLASMA screne tv. SO my verdict is......it's not worth it right now.
