XGC is not about giving out promotions that mean nothing, personally i believe someone should earn a promotion instead of being hurt that they dont get a promotion when they feel they should and go create a new clan and give themselves a meaningless promotion.

i dont mean to demean your clan however i would rather be a private in XGC that actually means something than get a paper promotion in some other clan.

We try to maintain friendly relationships with people that leave for whatever reason however some people choose to leave on bad relations and we will continue to respect them no matter what their attitude toward XGC is.
