It might be the inactive settings but I am not sure. Let's say if a user is active( just being login) he/she will receive active credit but if a user has been inactive for certain days, He/she will be deduct 1.5 time of active credits user received before. But seems the system doesn't work very good and they are working on the bug now..

As I said I am still testing with the system and adjust the settings and once it is ready I will reset most of the member's credit value..
